It is important to note that import taxes and additional charges are NOT included in the payment of your order. The destination country’s customs agency may select your shipment for assessment and could charge these duties and taxes. Since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, it might be a good idea to check with your local customs office before you order.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Shapers Surf uses a number of different postal and courier partners to ensure the best delivery service and most reasonable rate available. All international orders are shipped with DHL.

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Shapers cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Shapers will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. As part of purchasing policy, Shapers Australia holds no responsibility for loss or damage to the goods and is the responsibility of the recipient, as Shapers does not control the services of the courier companies. Australia Post - Safe Drop
Please Note all Australia Post shipments are automatically send as Safe Drop.
A Safe Drop is when an Australia Post delivery person finds a suitable place at the delivery address where they can safely leave your parcel if it doesn't fit in your mailbox or if you're not home to receive it. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address Shapers Surf takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend choosing Regular Shipping (signature required) please state in the comment section at checkout.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
