Placed in the Pivot Fin Class, the F.P.R call for a vertical approach to surfing, therefore excellent for tight pocket surfing and well suited to beach breaks and barrels. However, the F.P.R is also a great option for longer rail boards due to their ability to loosen up the tail and allow the board to turn with ease. The F.P.R is a good fin choice for flat to medium rocker boards, such as grovelers and a popular choice of side fins for Quads. The SPF 2.0 thrusters are more responsive and reactive then your typical raked setup. Designed in Carbon Stealth, an ultra-light, responsive construction that uniquely loads up on energy (elastic potential energy) and then springs back to its neutral state, unleashing acceleration, drive and overall speed (kinetic energy).Well suited to a diverse range surf conditions and boards types, the SPF 2.0 fins like to be surfed fast, on rail and will ignite off the top with release accentuated by the smaller centre fin.

We worked closely with Sheldon to produce a fin that would work well on both the point breaks like Snapper Rocks and Kirra and in punchy beach breaks like Duranbah. It Resulted in a Large Raked Set being developed based on the AM2 but with a Larger Center Fin. The SS Pro Model is placed in the Carve Fin Class and is the fin of choice for Sheldon. Designed in our new STEK Construction.
