The "Blank + Material Kit" includes all the materials required to laminate, filler coat and fin system installation parts required to complete your own board. The hand picked selection of materials is the same you will find on any leading board builder! Please refer to Shaping/Glassing/Sanding Tool Kits Sections for Tools required to build your own board.
The PIN HEAD Blank and Material Kit includes:
- PIN HEAD Model. Please select Size of shape.
- Fibreglass (our SEG Series). You will receive enough fibreglass to laminate 2 layers on the deck and 1 layer of on the bottom.
- 3L Surfboard Epoxy Resin and Hardener.
- 411 EPS/Epoxy Foam Sealer.
- Leash Plug (Shapers Glassing Leash Plug)
- Fin System Options Include:
- Dual Tab Plugs.
- Single Tab Boxes.

MACHINE SHAPE - PIN HEAD
The Pin head is a twin fin with a pin tail. The Pin Head is designed for surfers that love the free flow ride of a twin fin but also want a twin fin that will perform in a wider range of waves as well. The Pin Head is a cross between a performance short board and a performance twin. This board suits everything from mushy beach breaks to overhead peelers.
EPOXY RESIN AND HARDENER
The R110X Surfboard Epoxy kit can be used to seal the (with 411 powder)/ laminate and Filler Coat (Final Coat Prior Sanding) all with the same resin mix
Fin System Options
Fin plugs do not come with fins, only fins are provide with the Glass On option.
All EPS Machine Shapes use Shapers Fused EPS Blank which have density of 35kg/2.18lb
